1. Operations Manager 2 Position

Qualifications

• Thai nationality, Male or Female.
• Efficiency in English Communication preferable.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in the Retail Industry.
• Preferably exposed to food and beverage operations.
• Graduate in Hotel Management.

• Supervise, Mentor and coach the Area Managers.
• Co-ordinate with the Store teams and Area Managers for operational issues.
• Prepare reports for analysis of sale, Profit & Loss.
• Co-ordinate with related departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Train the Area Managers & Store General Managers.
• Ensures collection of comment cards from stores and prepare a report to handle complaints.
• Assists in conducting audits and follow up on task sheet, prepares summary report.
• Responsible for preparing Manpower status and requisition process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any fields
• Experience in food, hotel and restaurants for 5 years.

• Monitoring & mentoring the store general managers, supervisors, crewmember.
• Coach and follow up on ways to increase sales & cost controls at the stores.
• Induce the corporate mission and mentor the managers and team.
• Suggest training needs for the team, co-ordinate with training department.
• Impart quality standards and constantly improve the same.
• Monitor the daily quality assurance checklist and follow up on the same.
• Conduct weekly meeting with managers and report critical concerns to Senior Operations Manager.

3. Senior Recruitment Officer 1 Positions

Qualifications

• Age minimum 27 years, Thai nationality
• BA or MA in HRM or related field
• At least 3 years experience in recruitment and employee relations, experienced in Supervisor is a plus
• Innovative, good interpersonal and analytical skills
• Good command in spoken and written English

• Conduct recruitment process to ensure the qualified candidates will be selected as required
• Advises the manager on organization structure and manpower plan that will be appropriately followed by recruitment plan
• Development and implement recruitment strategies and policies to meet business objective
• Plan and organize major recruitment companigns and program such as compus recruitment events
• Establish & create interesting activity to build up morale and good relationship among staff.
• Monitor & train to concern people in processing welfare ,store activities, welfare committee.
• Communication and deliver information in store in term of welfare & activities
• Be a consultant and seeking problem solving for employee on people issues
